In what the Washington State Patrol said is likely a road rage incident, two cars were involved in a collision Monday afternoon on Interstate 90, causing this vehicle to leave the freeway, plow through fencing and land on Westbow Road near Spotted Road. Neither driver was seriously injured in the collision.
