Medical Lake got a pair of first half goals from Peter Hanson leading the Cardinals to a 5-3 Northeast A League boys’ soccer victory over Lakeside in Suncrest, April 12.
The Cardinals (2-2 NEA, 4-5 overall) were defeated April 14 when Xavier Batle-Fuentes scored twice in Riverside’s 2-0 win at Sheppard Field.
Nick Rosenbeck also scored in the first half as the Cardinals took a 3-1 lead versus the Eagles at the break. Austin Geiger and Mark Jensen scored for ML in the second half to seal the win.
