Eastern Washington University’s Downtown Student Gallery will host the exhibit “Elise Engler: A Year on Broadway,” which opens Friday, April 1. The artist’s reception will be held on Thursday, April 21 from 4:30–6:30 p.m. The exhibit is in conjunction with EWU’s 2016 Visiting Artist Lecture Series: Surroundings: Views on Environment” with events from April 20-April 21.
Engler will also have a Drawing Workshop April 21, from 10 a.m. – noon in the EWU Fine Arts Building, Room 208. Students should email jhyde@ewu.edu to register for the workshop.
