EWU board of trustees gets PUB remodel update

Eastern Washington University’s board of trustees and those in attendance got a tentative timeline for the Pence Union Building remodel at the Feb. 26 meeting.

Stacey Morgan Foster, EWU vice president for student affairs, and Mary Voves, vice president of business and finance, gave an update on the project. According to Foster, the project will go out for bid in April. Construction of the building is scheduled to begin in June and last until summer 2018, and occupancy of the remodeled building is scheduled for fall 2018.
