Cheney gymnastics finish second at GSL meet

The Cheney High gymnastics team secured another second place finish at the Jan. 13 Greater Spokane meet with 133.8 points, trailing behind winner Mt. Spokane’s 171.70.

Alexis Miller led her team, placing eighth in all around scores with 30.700 points while Katie Clemens was 10th with 29.175.

In individual events, Miller was seventh in the balance beam (8.450), ninth in uneven bars (7.00) and 10th in the floor exercise (7.80).

Clemens was ninth in the floor exercise (7.950) and 10th in the balance beam (7.80).
