Two Medical Lake Middle School robotics teams competed in the Central/Eastern Washington FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Lego League state championships, Jan. 16.
The Mecatronix team finished 10th out of 30 teams and the Build-A-Bot team took 11th.
Both teams qualified for the event after placing high enough in the regional FIRST Lego League competition at Salk Middle School back in December.
