Our dear Mom entered into eternal rest Sept. 7, 2015 in Spokane, Wash. She and her late husband Donald built their Betz Road house in 1973 and lived there for 34 years.
After traveling the U.S. and overseas with her Air Force husband, she finally had a permanent house and some land to call her own. It was always with great pleasure for us kids to visit with mom and dad out in the country in their big house.
She was an avid volunteer in many organizations in Cheney and Spokane. Left here on earth to mourn her are 10 of 11 children, 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one sister, two brothers, two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.
A vigil service will be Friday, Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Mass will be Saturday, Sept. 19, 10 a.m. at 515 W. St. Thomas More Way, in Spokane.
