The Cheney Blackhawks football team goes through practice last week in preparation for their season opener Friday at 7 p.m. versus Colville at Tom Oswald Field.
The Cheney Blackhawks also open their season Friday, Sept. 4 with the first of five consecutive home games at Tom Oswald Field versus the Northeast A League's Colville Indians at 7 p.m. Cheney was 7-3 in 2014 while Colville finished 12-1 and was a state playoff semifinalist....
