Dustin L. Leonard, 21, was arrested on the 600 block of Second Street as an absconder (evaded home detention measures) from Moon Detection Services.
Residential burglary was reported on the 800 block of Chestnut Street. Jewelry and clothing items were taken.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 600 block of I Street. Sprinkler equipment was taken.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 500 block of North Sixth Street. A garage door was egged.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 300 block of Nolan Brown Place. There was damage to a garbage can...
