The West Plains Bandits 16U softball team rallied from a 0-2 start to take second-place in the Silver Division bracket of last weekend's Spokane Girls Fastpitch Softball Association's Summer Classic at the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex in Spokane.
The Bandits lost a pair of one-run games, 2-1 in the Friday night opener to the Diamonds-Valcano and an 8-7 setback Saturday morning to the North Idaho Xtreme-Craig.
