Trespassing was reported on the 1100 block of First Street.
April 21
Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. A black bicycle was taken.
A vehicle was taken without the owner’s permission on the 800 block of West First Street. The vehicle was later recovered in unincorporated Spokane County.
Financial fraud was reported on the 800 block of West First Street.
Zachariah B. Kerstetter, 36, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS), carrying a concealed weapon and a Spokane warrant for DWLS.
