Medical Lake's Brayden Hale delivers a pitch in last Thrusday's 10-0 nonleague shutout victory over the Kellogg Wildcats. Hale pitched a two-hit complete game in his first start of the young season that helped the Cardinals even their record at 1-1. Hale also had a pair of hits in the game, including a double. After having their Northeast A League opening game against Newport rained out this past Tuesday, the Cardinals are on the road Saturday for a doubleheader at Colville starting at 11 a.m.
