Accounting for pets needs

Cheney's H & R Block office is issuing a challenge to the other 15 H & R Block branches in Spokane County to match the amount of pet food they have collected in the Spokane Humane Society's Pet Food Drive, co-sponsored by Wendle Motors. Cheney office manager Dawna Reed says they are currently winning the drive "by a long shot," having received over $1,600 in food and monetary donations.
