Alarms were reported on the 2200 block of First Street. A citation was issued.
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested at the Cheney Middle School on a warrant for failure to comply with conditions.
Teresa R. Byrd, 44, was arrested on the 800 block of First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and on a Spokane District Court warrant for failure to appear on DWLS charge.
Shandy L. Reynolds, 35, was arrested on the 500 block of Salnave Road on a felony warrant out of Kennewick for failure to appear on a possession of methamphetamine charge.
