Kiannah Hartman, a senior at Cheney High School, will be competing with four other area women for the title of Miss Spokane this Sunday, Feb. 15. Hartman will be performing a vocal solo for the talent portion of the competition.
The Miss Spokane Scholarship program and pageant has been an integral part of the Spokane County area since 1912. Miss Spokane is one of the official preliminary pageants of the Miss America Organization.
The public is welcome to attend the event that begins at noon. The competition is at Spokane's Bing Crosby Theatre, with tickets priced at $25 at the door....
