Eastern wins pair on road in opening week of Big Sky Conference

EWU’s head women’s basketball coach, who celebrated her birthday Jan. 5, helped guide her team to victories over Weber State, 69-55, on New Years Day and then 88-75 over Idaho State, Jan. 3 as Eastern improved to 2-0 in league play and 9-4 overall.
