Nominations are now being accepted for the Medical Lake Kiwanis’ annual Senior Citizen Volunteer of the Year award.
Nominations for individuals who have greatly contributed of themselves for the good of community and others in 2014 should be submitted in writing to the Kiwanis by Feb. 5. Reasons for nominating someone need not be confined to the past year, but may extend as far back as considered relevant. Residents are encouraged to nominate someone who has not been previously chosen.
