Jay Lemaster from Medical Lake kept the 2014 Cheney Free Press football contest, in the family, joining his dad, Leroy, by taking first place in Week 3 and earning a $50 merchant’s gift certificate.
Cheney’s Arlene Helsing repeated as runner-up in a tiebreaker, winning a $20 Owl Drug gift certificate.
Six entries beat or tied the Free Press “experts,” to win a pair of EWU volleyball tickets and also entry into the grand prize drawing.
Winners must come to the Free Press office at 1616 W. First St. in Cheney to pick up their prizes.
