Eastern Washington head coach Beau Baldwin is quick to point out that the Idaho State team, which visits Roos Field Saturday for a 1:35 p.m. kickoff for Hall of Fame Day, is not the same Bengals you might be used to seeing.
The Mike Kramer-coached team is not the one that has struggled for a number of years and have lost seven straight times to Eastern if you ask Baldwin.
“Over the course of the years you’ve gotten to see it grow and this year I think it’s been maybe the biggest growth in terms of where they’ve come,” Baldwin told the audience at last Monday’s EWU Coaches Show.
