The Medical Lake girls scored more goals in their season opener last Friday against St. Georges than they did in all of 2013 in a 3-2 loss.
The Cardinals led 2-0 on goals by Kayla Pruitt and Makayla Geiger, but the lead got away with three straight St. Georges’ goals, including the tying and winning markers in the 51st and 56th minute.
The Cards host Rogers Friday at 4 p.m. and the Cheney JV Saturday at 11 a.m....
