Harassment was reported on the zero hundred block of Fifth Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1000 block of Salnave Road. A skateboard was taken.

Colin T. Bestow, 33, was arrested on the 2600 block of Wheaton Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
