Cheney and Medical Lake residents earn Whitworth degrees

Jessica Jensen, of Cheney, and Richard Aley, of Medical Lake, graduated from Whitworth University.

Jensen was awarded a bachelor of arts in music. Aley earned a bachelor of arts in kinesiology and a bachelor of science in athletic training.

Whitworth, located in Spokane, Wash., is a private liberal arts university affiliated with the Presbyterian church.

The university, which has an enrollment of nearly 3,000 students, offers 60 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
