Thomas Homer Hutchings passed away June 27, 2014 at his home in Cheney, Wash. He was born July 13, 1934 at Surveyor, Penn. Mr. Hutchings served 20 years and 8 months in the U.S. Air Force before retiring at the rank of staff sergeant.
He moved to Cheney in 1973 and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Shirley Hutchings of Cheney, sons Aubrey Hutchings and his wife Patti of Gillette, Wyo., Tommy Hutchings of Wenatchee, Wash., plus three grandsons, three granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.
Private family inurnment was at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake. Cheney Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
