CHENEY

June 2

Cheney police assisted Washington State Patrol on the zero hundred block of Simpson Park Way by gathering information on an ongoing Patrol investigation.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of G Street. A UPS box was taken.

June 3

Rebecca L. Iniguez, 34, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Airway Heights, and a felony warrant out of Spokane for residential burglary and trafficking stolen property on the 1600 block of Third Street.

June 4

Fourth-degree assault between kids was reported on the 1500 block of Ridgeview Lane. An incident follow-up is forthcoming.

Civil problems were reported on the 3200 block of Thistle Creek.

June 5

James W. Piovesan, 59, was arrested on the zero hundred block of B Street for failure to register as a sex offender and on a misdemeanor theft warrant out of Spokane County.

Possible child molestation was reported on the 3100 block of Normal Park Road. Investigation is pending.

A medical call involving a young child on the 1000 block of Salnave Road may be sent to Child Protective Services for a follow up.

June 6

Mathew G. Taylor, 26, was arrested for urinating in public on the 100 block of F Street.

Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 900 block of First Street. Victim was hospitalized. Investigation is pending.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 600 block of Irene Place. A Visa gift card was taken.

A suspicious circumstance was reported on the 12000 block of Audrus Road.

June 7

An incorrigible juvenile was reported on the 1600 block of Fifth Street.

Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 1600 block of University Lane; there is an investigation pending.

Levi M. Kramer, 20, was arrested on the 100 block of F Street for second-degree burglary, second-degree malicious mischief. Misdemeanor charges may be filed as well.

June 8

Collin R. Green, 22, Scott W. Smith, 22, and Kramer J. Green, 22, were arrested for having a loud party on the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.

Andrew Bean, 20, Tony, NG, 21, were arrested on third-degree malicious mischief charges for tagging a house on the 400 block of Fifth Street.

First-degree burglary was reported on the 200 block of Cheney- Spangle Road. The suspect broke in and assaulted the occupant.

Joshua M. Stanley, 31, was arrested on the 100 block of College Street for a warrant out of Cheney Municipal Court for failure to appear on a third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) charge.

Domestic violence/verbal abuse was reported on the 100 block of Alki Lane.

Residential burglary was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. Suspect entered and did damage.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 300 block of Second Street. Windows were broken.

Residential burglary was attempted on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.

Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of Fifth Street.

Cheney Police assisted the Fire Department with an uncooperative patient who possibly had alcohol poisoning. Patient was taken to the hospital.

MEDICAL LAKE

June 2

Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.

June 4

Michael T. Moran, 47, was arrested on the 200 block of East Barker Street on a warrant for domestic violence.

An argument was reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.

June 5

Dead on arrival/unattended was reported on the 800 block of North Kelsea Street.

Assault was reported on the 100 block of North Hallett Street.

June 8

Kevin D. Turner, 44, was arrested on the 500 block of East Tara Lee Avenue for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Assault was reported on the 100 block of North Hallett Street.
