Cheney Federal Credit Union has named Cheney High School graduating seniors Logan Best and Christian “Kit” Foster as recipients of this year’s Smart Start Scholarship recipients. Best plans to attend Washington State University and Foster will be attending the College of Idaho.
In a news release, Cheney FCU offered its congratulations and wished them well on their future endeavors.
