Cheney United Church of Christ

Pastor David Krueger-Duncan and the congregation of Cheney UCC warmly welcome all congregants, friends and visitors to any Sunday’s worship service at 10 a.m.  Nursery care for infants and toddlers is provided from 9:45 -11:15 a.m.  Children from ages three through 13 are encouraged to attend Sunday School classes during the worship services.

Sunday, May 18, is Consecration Sunday. Members and friends are urged to give careful consideration to their pledges for next year, both monetary and in terms of time and talents.  Also on May 18, there will be a “grand opening” ceremony, celebrating the new audio-visual system in the sanctuary and the completion of the new sidewalk on the west side of the church.

The church has a new e-mail address. It is cheneyucc@outlook.com. Anyone who wishes to contact the church by email should use this new address.

Reminder to the community: the monthly Feed Cheney dinner, free to all, falls on the third Monday of this month, May 19.  This is a week earlier than usual due to the Memorial Day holiday Monday, May 26.

This month’s council meeting will occur on Tuesday, May 20 at 7:15 p.m.  On Thursday, May 22, women’s fellowship will provide lunch for the teens at Crosswalk in Spokane.
