CHENEY
May 5
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 900 block of Oakland Street. The tank’s fence was breached and a lock cut on the tank’s hatch.
A 15-year-old female was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for third-degree theft. Alcohol was taken.
Second-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road. A car was broken into and a purse and cards were taken.
A missing person report was taken on the 800 block of First Street. Jeffery Marshall, 51, was supposed to be moving to Oregon with his brother, but neither his brother nor friends have heard from him since April 30. He is 6 feet, 4 inches tall, 229 pounds white male, bald with a large frame.
May 6
Fourth-degree assault was reported on Second and H streets. People were reported driving in a car shooting paint balls at people and cars.
Thomas W. Grant, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana at Cheney High School.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. A person cashed another person’s disability check. The incident is under investigation.
May 7
First-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of First Street. A golf cart was stolen. The golf cart was recovered May 9.
There was a report from Cheney City Hall of two forged city of Cheney checks in the amount of $750. One check was cashed at Airway Heights Wal-Mart, the other was denied. There is an investigation pending.
Domestic violence/assault was reported at the Cheney Police Department. The incident occurred on the 600 block of Elm Street. The alleged victim’s boyfriend lives in Spokane.
Cambreea L. Bursch, 22, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 1300 block of Third Street.
May 8
Christy A. Scott, 32, was arrested on the 600 block of Simpson Parkway for third degree driving while license suspended.
A civil dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. Telephone harassment was reported.
A red, Next Screamer BMX bicycle was found on the 300 block of First Street.
A car was stolen from behind Safeway. Debit cards were stolen and used. The car was recovered on May 9.
May 10
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2300 block of First Street. Four juveniles stole E-cigs and oils from a display.
Third –degree theft was reported on the 100 block of Fifth Street. A blue, Redline Metro road bike was taken.
Attempted auto theft took place on the 1800 block of First Street.
Trespassing was reported at the former Jarms location in the 1700 block of Second Street.
Torres E. Blanca, 24, was arrested on the 2200 block of First Street for fourth-degree domestic violence/assault.
Malicious mischief was reported on the 200 block of C Street. A rock was thrown through a window.
Taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission was reported on the 2700 block of First. A small Spokane Transit Authority bus was stolen and driven around. The vehicle was later found at Jehovah’s Witness Church on Paradise Road and State Route 904.
MEDICAL LAKE
May 6
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street. Two partial rifles were found near a dumpster.
Juvenile runaway was reported on the 500 block of North Brower Street. The juvenile has not returned home.
May 7
Fraudulent use of a bank card was reported on the 1000 block of North Jessie Street.
Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
May 8
A lost purse was reported on the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.
May 11
Donald Schroeder, 37, was arrested on East Barker and North Brower Street on a warrant for third-degree DWLS and for third-degree DWLS.

May 7
Chad D. Barry, 36, was arrested on the 200 block of South Hayford Street for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs or physical control of a vehicle under the influence.
May 8
Zane M. Regan, 23, was arrested on the 200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree driving while license suspended/revoked (DWLS).
A domestic dispute was reported on the 700 block of South Lundstrom Street.
Patrick D. Hughs, 35, was arrested on Northern Quest Drive and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Jean M. Moffitt, 44, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS and on a warrant for third-degree DWLS.
May 9
A juvenile was arrested for on the 1800 block of South Lawson Street for second-degree assault.
A traffic accident with damages was reported on the 1700 block of South Hayford Road.
A vehicle theft was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.
Joshua A. Berg, 26, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
William A. Orvalla, 39, was arrested on Northern Quest Drive and Hayford Road on a warrant for DUI.
May 10
Rachel A. Jones, 38, was arrested on a on the 100 block of North Hayford Road on warrant for department of corrections escape.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road..
Daniel W. Martin, 30, was arrested on the 14200 block of West Highway 2 on warrants for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, making or possession of motor vehicle theft tools, residential burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
Third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence was reported on the 700 block of south Ziegler Street.
Vehicle prowl was reported on the 13200 block of West Highway 2.
Sergery P. Zubenko, 28, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
A traffic accident with damages was reported on Highway 2 and Hayford Road.
Albert R. McElroy, 48, was arrested for on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS and trip permit violation.
Dennis W. Garbe, 53, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for commercial license violation.
Jennifer A. Adams, 25, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence.
May 11
Sean M. Blythe, 26, was arrested on the 1000 block of South Lundstrom Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Angela A. Conlon, 46, was arrested on the 200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Third-degree theft/shoplifting was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Burglary was reported on the 12300 block of West Sunset Highway.
Angela N. Blue-Darling, 32, was arrested Highway 2 and Hayford Road on a warrant for third-degree DWLS and for third-degree DWLS.
Rita C. Wood, 38, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road on a warrant for third-degree theft.
Joe M. Yancey, 46, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
May 12
Kris T. Knight, 52, was arrested for on the 1600 block South Russell Street for a domestic violence no-contact order violation and fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
An agency assistance was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Jonathan C. Martinez, 27, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine.
