The road treated the Medical Lake track team pretty well last week. While they didn’t emerge with team victories in either a Northeast A League meet last Wednesday or the Undeberg Invitational at Ritzville, Saturday, the Cardinals continued to put together impressive individual performances.
The Cardinals first traveled to Suncrest to compete against Lakeside and Kettle Falls. Lakeside scored an 82-63 boy’s victory while Medical Lake got a 91-44 win over Kettle Falls. ML’s girls fell 117-29 to Lakeside, but got an equally one-sided win, 92-20 over Kettle Falls.
