Jeremy passed away Monday, March 17 at the Hospice House in Spokane with his family by his side after a hard sixth month battle with melanoma cancer.

Jeremy is survived by his wife of 18 years, Kellie; daughters Ashley and Michael of Cheney; his parents, Cindy and Greg Wallace; in-laws, Jayne and Robert Stewart; brothers William and Joshua Caulkins, Johnathan Wallace and Matthew Stewart; sisters Stacie Gibler and Caryn Stewart; cousin Tyler Provance; nephews Ryan and Wyatt and nieces Erykah and Daisy. Plus many more family and friends.

A celebration of Jeremy's life will be held Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at the Cheney Community Church, 1307 Third Street. All are welcome.
