BNSF applies for permit to demolish former Cheney depot

Cheney Planning Department officials late Tuesday afternoon, March 18, released a mitigated determination of non-significance (MDNS) document for L14-004-SE, a proposal by Hulcher Services (demolition contractor) on behalf of BNSF Railway, to demolish the former Northern Pacific Depot located on 506 Front St. According to the document a public hearing is not required for this application.
