Draft West Plains transportation plan now available online

An updated draft of the West Plains Transportation Sub-area Plan is now available for review. A State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) determination of non-significance (DNS) was issued for the plan March 12, 2014.

The city of Spokane is seeking comments on the plan, and is holding a public hearing at the March 26 meeting of their Planning Commission to receive testimony. The hearing begins at 4 p.m. in the Spokane City Council chambers, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

Staff will be available to the public in the Chase Gallery outside of the council chambers from 2:30-4 p.m. before the hearing to answer questions and discuss the draft plan.
