Third-degree theft was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. A motor scooter was taken.
An abandoned blue Dodge Neon was impounded from the city lot. The vehicle, there for several months, was reported on Feb. 18.
A 1994 white Nissan Sentra was impounded on the 100 block of West Fifth Street. The vehicle was reported on Feb. 12.
