CHENEY
Feb. 3
Domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. Zifang Lu, 24, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 800 block of Villard Street. There was damage to a vehicle.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. A debit card was stolen.
Two bikes were found on the 700 block of West First Street.
Feb. 4
Two bikes were found on the 500 block of First Street.
Feb. 5
Domestic violence/verbal abuse was reported on the 800 block of West First Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Second Street. A vehicle spare tire was stolen.
Feb. 6
A wallet was found on the 1800 block of First Street. It was later returned.
Feb. 7
The Cheney Police Department assisted Airway Heights Police Department at Westwood Middle School with a runaway.
The Cheney Police Department assisted at Cheney Middle School by serving an informational report to the Bremerton Police Department.
Feb. 8
Joel M. Christiensen, 18, was arrested for minor in possession on the 100 block of West Sixth Street.
Alcohol offense involving a minor was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Feb. 9
Jared M. Weeks, 19, was arrested for fourth-degree assault and minor in possession/fourth-degree assault on the 2400 block of First Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. A bike was stolen.
Kimberly Macias, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence on the 1200 block of First Street.
MEDICAL LAKE
Feb. 3
Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
Domestic violence was reported on the 300 block of East Fellows Street.
Feb. 5
Harassment was reported on 1100 block of North Wilcox Street.
Domestic violence was reported at the 400 block of South Hallett Street.
Chris T. Knight, 52, was arrested for domestic violence order of protection violation and assault/domestic violence on the 400 block of South Hallett Street.
Feb. 7
Assault was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street.
Theft was reported on the 700 block of East Lake Street. Suspects attempted to get money from a bank account.
Gary D. Carpine, 56, was arrested for obstructing of justice on West Henderson Road and South Keene Road. Washington State Patrol investigated for possible DUI.
Feb. 8
An argument was reported on the 2800 block of South Assembly Road.
Juvenile runaway was reported on the 1100 block of North Wilcox Street. The juvenile’s location was later found.
Feb. 9
Vehicle theft was reported on the 200 block of East State Route 902.

Feb. 5
Nicholas D. Lanstrom, 34, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended/revoked (DWLS) on Ninth Avenue and Hayford Road.
An abandoned vehicle was reported on the 12500 block of West Sixth Avenue.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1400 block of South Garfield Street.
Vehicle prowling was reported on the 1100 block of South Schnug Court.
Russell L. Foust, 36, was arrested on a warrant for for third-degree DWLS and for third-degree DWLS on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
A domestic dispute was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Feb. 6
Third-degree theft was reported on the 10800 block of West Highway 2.
Miles C. Robertson, 27, was arrested for second-degree assault/domestic violence on the 1900 block of South Mintle Street.
A juvenile runaway was reported on the 1400 block of South Albert Street.
A domestic violence no-contact order violation was reported on the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue.
Feb. 8
Second-degree assault was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Bruce P. Reed, 29, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree malicious mischief on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Charles Moss, 51, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Feb. 9
Daniel A. Lust, 31, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Violation of no-contact order was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
A recovered stolen vehicle was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 12800 block of West Highway 2.
Vehicle theft was reported on the 1100 block of South Garfield Road.
Vehicle prowling was reported on the 11800 block of West Centre Lane.
Adrianna N. McCrea, 22, was arrested on a felony warrant for second-degree FTC/taking motor vehicle without permission on the 1300 block of South Ziegler Street.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Feb. 10
Jenna A. Johnson, 26, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
Burglary was reported on the 12600 block of West 12th Avenue.
Vehicle prowling was reported on the 1200 block of South Garfield Road.
Vehicle prowling was reported on the 600 block of South Lawson Street.
Derek W. Shilling, 24, was arrested for obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest on the 100 block of South Hayford Road.
Feb. 11
Jacob G. Vaughn, 21, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft on the 200 block of South Hayford Road.
