Bob Alderman dressed up as video game character Super Mario at a benefit last Saturday for cancer patient London Bowater. Bowater was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in February 2011 and was almost done with her treatment when the family received news the cancer had returned. Every one of the 158 items put up for auction was bid on and won at the pizza dinner benefit held at Medical Lake's Michael Anderson Elementary School on Fairchild Air Force Base. All proceeds go to the family to help with their expenses in battling London's illness.
