Aspen Grove moves to second phase of project

Airway Heights council enters into service agreement with SPVV Landscaping

In 2013, Airway Heights applied for and received a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture to install the first phase of trees in Aspen Grove Park Site.

The first phase of the project began in October 2013. Environment West commenced the first phase of the project in October 2013. The project was broken into three phases of planting 26 trees per day. The tree planting portion of the project was finished Oct. 10. The remainder of the project, which consisted of watering the trees, spreading of mulch a and cleaning up the site, was finished Oct. 14.
