Betz Elementary School seven-year-old Sydney Lincoln is a little surprised as she receives her winning picture from Cheney Postmaster Tom McGoldrick last Friday. Lincoln and four other area kids were winners in the post office's annual coloring contest. See page 12 for a list and pictures of the winners.
