StageWest Community Theatre finished its run of the play “It Was a Dark and Stormy Night,” and in a news release extends its thanks to the community members who provided great and appreciative audiences and to the congregation at Cheney’s Emmanuel Lutheran Church for gracious use of its building for auditions, rehearsals, and performances.

StageWest’s director of advertising and publicity, Nancy Kuonen, said the group thanks Willow Springs Restaurant and chefs Mike and Matt for the wonderful dinner provided at its dinner theater.

StageWest is holding auditions for its next two plays. December features a radio adaptation of Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol” by Tony Palermo. The play calls for up to 28 roles, but actors can take more than one character.
