Garlic 101

 

Eastern Washington University biology professor Dr. Robin O'Quinn shows students at the univeristy garden's new location behind the Red Barn how to plant garlic as part of national Food Day last Thursday. Eastern joined 330 colleges in 46 states in celebrating the event with a variety of activities on campus, including serving chili and cornbread featuring ingredients grown or raised locally.
