Aug. 12 hearing will revisit issue and could lead to more penalties if cleanup not completed
A 45-day window of time for Dennis and Michael Myers to adhere to a court order and do general cleanup of their property at the former Fish Lake Resort passed May 1 without appropriate action.
This past Monday, July 8, Spokane County District Court Judge Greg Tripp ordered the Myers brothers to serve two days in jail for still not being compliant with the March 18 order.
The men will serve two days in Spokane County jail July 12 and 13.
