Medical Lake’s Kasey Kelly will not participate in Saturday’s Earl Barden Classic All-Star football game at Yakima’s East Valley High School after suffering an oblique strain injury.
Kelly, who was on the East team roster as free safety in the game featuring players from 2A/1A/2B/1B schools, sustained the injury to the stomach area during a recent batting practice session for the Spokane Crew baseball team.
