Howard Wayne Oliver (age 60) passed away Jan. 17, 2013 in Spokane, Wash. He was born Sept. 16, 1952 in Amarillo Texas.
Howard lived most of his life in Fountain, Colo. and was a graduate of Fountain-Ft. Carson High, class of 1973. He volunteered and worked for 20 years in the Fountain library. Following his mother’s passing in 2001, he moved to Medical Lake, Wash. to live with his surviving sister and her husband, Deb and Scott Chavez.
