Police still seek Airway Heights burglary suspect

Officers in Airway Heights are still looking for a suspect involved in a Monday, Jan. 7, Jack in the Box robbery on the 10306 block of Highway 2.

The male suspect entered the Jack in the Box at approximately 10:40 p.m., dressed in a blue hooded sweatshirt. He then displayed a handgun and demanded money.

Cashiers at the restaurant gave him some money from the till and the safe. Following that, officers said the man fled on foot, leaving with an undisclosed amount of money.

Airway Heights police said the suspect is still at large, and was described as a male, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8 in height with a medium build who may have been Hispanic, based off of skin color.
