United Methodist Church

Please join us for worship this Sunday morning at the United Methodist Church. The Rev. Terry Hall will lead the service which will include the celebration of Holy Communion. Summer worship begins at 10 a.m. each week. Sunday school classes are in recess for the summer months.

Sunday afternoon, July 1, there will be scrapbooking at the church from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Bring a project, a snack and a friend and enjoy the fellowship!

United Church of Christ 

Pastor Joan Sulser will lead the communion service during the 10 a.m. worship service in the United Church of Christ located at 423 N. Sixth St. All are welcome.

Child care is available in the nursery from 9:45 to 11:15 a.m. Please join friends new and old for coffee, cookies, and conversation during our Fellowship Hour following the service. 

Feed Cheney continues this summer on the last Monday or each month, with a free brown bag supper and groceries handed out in the park across the street from the Wren Pierson building which is at 615 Fourth St. Sponsoring churches are: in June the Church of the Nazarene and in July the Methodists. Emmanuel Lutheran Church

Gather for worship at Emmanuel Lutheran Church on the Fifth Sunday after Pentecost this Sunday, July 1 at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome!

Join us for our Worship in the Park worship service at Sutton Park's gazebo Sunday, July 29 beginning at 10:30 a.m. Bring the family, friends, neighbors and a comfy chair and join us as we worship in God's creation.

Mark your calendars for the following Vacation Bible School dates: Monday, Aug. 6 through Friday, Aug. 10. Emmanuel will host children entering grades 1 through 6 this fall from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please plan to bring a daily sack lunch. St. Rose Catholic Church will host children 3 through 5 years of age from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on the same dates as above. Please plan to join the fun!
