The Medical Lake City Council meeting on Tuesday, March 2, was a wide-ranging affair, with agenda items offset by discussions on the city police force, the Pine Lodge situation and ball field lights funding.
Medical Lake resident Robert Kibling started things during the citizen comment period by telling council that he and other neighbors haven't seen police patrols in certain areas of the city and don't feel a strong police presence since the Spokane County Sheriff's Office took over law enforcement last November.
