The Cheney Outreach offers a recreational scholarship program that can help families in the community. The scholarship can cover fees for recreational activities for people in need. Children who are 18 and younger can qualify for the scholarships, depending on the size of the family. If the child is 18 years old, he or she needs to still be in high school.
