Second-degree theft was reported on the 1400 block of Second Street. A credit card was taken from a vehicle. Jan. 27 Devin M. Gagon, 18, was arrested for fourth-degree assault at Cheney High School.     Hayley Hodgins is Big Sky’s top offensive player for second week For the second consecutive week, Eastern Washington University Women’s Basketball senior guard Hayley Hodgins has been named the Big Sky Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday, Feb. 2. The weekly honor is the second for Hodgins this season and the third in her career.
