Cheney High School's Jasmine McCauley signed a national letter of intent last Thursday to play soccer at Bellevue College (formerly Bellevue Community College) in Bellevue, Wash. The senior was a defender/midfielder for the Lady Blackhawks soccer team this fall and joins a team that was 14-2 overall and Northwest Athletic Conference West Region co-champions in 2015....
