    On Saturday, March 3, the Inland Empire Hockey Association hosted a "Try Hockey For Free" event at the Eastern Washington University's ice rink located in the University Recreation Center. The session got youngsters of all ages on the West Plains a taste of the sport, in hopes of growing interest with the "Warhorse" organization that now calls Cheney home.
