    SPOKANE VALLEY — The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office has released the identifications of two individuals who died earlier this month. Nathaniel Byers, 16, was killed by a “penetrating gunshot wound” to the head on March 8, the office reported. The shooting occurred on South Bowdish Road.
