CHENEY -- Officials with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources are reporting that a fire which broke out this afternoon, Aug. 19, near Chapman Lake south of Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge now has a line around the entire perimeter of the 64-acre blaze. CHENEY -- State mobilization has been approved for a series of fires burning near Badger and Williams Lake. The fires broke out several hours ago and have led to evacuations of residents in the area.
